◆ Material : PA66 A3WG5 is a 25% glass fiber reinforced, heat-stabilized, low-viscosity injection molding grade PA66. It features high rigidity, heat resistance, dimensional stability, oil resistance and good processability, making it a standard choice for medium-to-high temperature structural components in automotive, mechanical and electrical applications.
◆ Characteristics : 25% glass fiber reinforced: balanced stiffness and toughness: High strength and rigidity with excellent creep and fatigue resistance for long-term medium-to-high load structural parts. Compared with 30% glass fiber grades (e.g., A3WG6), A3WG5 offers better toughness, higher flow, less fiber blooming and improved surface appearance. Heat stabilization (W): excellent high-temperature aging resistance:Retains >80% tensile strength after heat aging at 140°C for 1000h, without embrittlement under long-term high temperature. Suitable for engine bay and lead-free reflow soldering environments. Low viscosity & easy processing: High MVR (40) ensures excellent flow for thin-wall, complex and multi-cavity molds with short cycle times. Optimized internal lubrication enables smooth demolding and reduces stress marks.
◆ Purpose : Automotive: Engine peripheral parts (intake manifold, oil pump housing, throttle body), bearing cages, chassis brackets, connectors, sensor housings, accelerator pedal modules. Electrical & electronics: Coil bobbins, relay bases, circuit breaker housings, SMT connectors, PCB supports, motor end caps. Industrial machinery: Precision gears, bearing bushes, chain tensioners, equipment frames, wear-resistant sliders. Home appliances & consumer goods: Structural parts for coffee machines and heat guns, power tool housings, office equipment brackets.
